Chicken Manchurian (Dry)
Ingredients
Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg
Corn Flour 2 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Salt To taste
Onion 2 (medium)
Ginger 1 medium piece
Garlic 4 (pods)
Green chillies 2 (slit)
Curry Leaves To add Aroma
Coriander Leaves For Garnishing
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Green Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp
Oil As per usage
Preparation
Marinate the chicken with Corn flour, garam masala, chilli powder, egg and salt. Keep it aside for half an hour.
Keep a kadai on the stove , heat oil and fry the chicken till it becomes golden brown.
Now again heat some oil and add ginger(cut into small thin sticks), garlic(cut thinly), green chillies, saute it well.
Then add curry leaves and onion till it turns golden brown. You can smell the aroma !
Add the fried chicken,soya sauce and chilli sauce,stir it well and garnish it with fresh coriander leaves .
If you wish you can add food colour.
