Baby Potato Fry


                                       Baby Potato Fry


Ingredients


Baby Potato                                                                                    15 to 20 
Coriander Powder                                                                            2 tbsp
Red chilli Powder                                                                             1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder                                                                             1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder                                                                    1 tsp
Cumin Powder                                                                                 1tsp
Garlic                                                                                            4 to 5 Pods
Salt                                                                                                 To Taste
Oil                                                                                                   3 tbsp
Curry Leaves                                                                                  1 sprig

Preparation


Pressure cook the whole potatoes for 2 whistles, allow it to cool and peel off the skin.

Now take a kadai heat oil on a low flame. Add the potatoes (whole) ,if it is little bit big in size cut into two so that the masala and salt gets blended with the potatoes and gives the flavour.

Add Coriander powder, Chilli powder (another option - Pepper powder ), Turmeric powder, Cumin (jeerakam,jeera) powder, Garam masala powder and Salt to the potatoes, saute it well. Add crushed Garlic and Curry leaves to it.

Keep it on a medium flame and fry it. If u need more oil, u can add but using less oil is good for your health :-P

Here i have added Garlic because it helps in Digestion and Tasty too !

You can even try the same recipe with normal Potatoes (big) but it suits more with Baby Potatoes :-)
