Tapioca Fry

Tapioca Fry

Ingredients

Tapioca (kappa)                                                                                        1 cup
Coconut (grated)                                                                                       2 tbsp
Green Chillies                                                                                                 2
Salt                                                                                                          To taste
Oil                                                                                                            To fry
Curry Leaves                                                                                           A Sprig

Preparation

Cut the tapioca into small or medium pieces and boil it with salt. Dont make it a paste :-p

Crush the grated coconut, green chillies and curry leaves in a mixer. If you wish you can add cumin seeds. 

Add it to the boiled tapioca and mix well.  Add oil and fry till it becomes golden brown. 

Ready !!!  Guys it's soooooooo simple and fast !!!

One more method - Crush shallots and garlic. Fry it and add chilli powder, turmeric powder. Add the boiled tapioca and stir well. Fry it for 10-15 minutes. Garnish with curry leaves.
